Once you have set up the standing order and signed the sales form, your account will be live. The equipment by this time will be installed and working.

If the equipment is installed in a vehicle where will it be located?
The equipment is installed normally within the dash of the vehicle including all antennas.

Can the equipment be installed covertly without the driver’s knowledge?
Yes it can, but only if you own the vehicle. If for business purposes, any information gathered may not be used for disciplinary action unless the driver is aware that a device has been fitted.

How long does an installation take?
Installation normally takes around 30-45 minutes depending on the vehicle.

Do I need to download and install any special software to use the system?
You don’t need any special software - just an up to date web browser and a web-enabled device. Just login from anywhere with your username and password.

Do I have to buy the equipment?
You have the options of buying or renting the equipment.
You will pay a service and communication charge per asset, per month, which covers the use of the website and data transfer costs.

Do I have to sign up for a fixed amount of time?
The minimum period is just 3 months for a contract free option. Other options include 24 or 36 months.

Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs.
All SMS messages used for alerts and for using the vehicle location "WHERE IS" service from your mobile phone are included.
Prices are fixed for the term of the contact.
The equipment comes with full warranty for the life of the contract but does not cover theft or abuse.
Removal and reinstallation of the device during the contact period is billed separately from the contract.
