Reporting

A suite of 11 professional reports, all written in the latest Microsoft .NET RDLC technology, provide all the information to manage any collection of assets including drivers and employees.

These reports are generated on-demand, and can be saved to your computer in many formats, including Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

All reports are fully configurable, allowing you to be as specific, or as general as you like.

An "Overnight Report" is also available, delivered automatically by email every evening.

Reports available:

  • Journey Summary Reports an overview of journies made over a definable time period.
  • Journey Details Reports details of journies over a definable time period.
  • Non-Journey Movement Details Reports all movement whilst the vehicle ignition is off.
  • Weekend usage Reports movent during the weekend (From 18:00 Friday - 06:00 Monday)
  • Excess Vehicle Speed Shows where vehicle speed limit exceeded.
  • "Who was driving?" Reports vehicles/drivers for a specific day.
  • Vehicle Stops A report detailing stop locations and durations throughout the day.

  • Fleet Management

    • Vehicle Usage A report detailing daily vehicle usage statistics.
    • Important Vehicle Dates A report detailing important dates for your vehicles.
    • Vehicle Utilisation Performance A report detailing the usage of your fleet.

  • Timesheet-Based Reports

    • Personnel Driving Hours This report displays statistics for a given personnel regarding to their driving habits, including the total amount of time spent idling in a vehicle.
    • Single Waypoint Timesheet Shows a simple vehicle-based timesheet for time either away from, or at, a single timesheet-enabled WayPoint.
